Qingzhang Expressway

According to reports, the Qingzhang Expressway is an implementation project of the 14th and 5th phase of Shandong Province. The project starts from Qingyun County, Dezhou City, passes through Yangxin County and Huimin County of Binzhou City to the south, and crosses the Yellow River through Gaoqing County and Binzhou City of Zibo City. Zouping City, Jinan City, connected to Qingyin Expressway in Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, with a total length of 107.4 kilometers, an estimated total investment of 17.19 billion yuan, a two-way four-lane expressway standard, and a roadbed width of 27 meters. The Binzhou section is 87.07 kilometers long and an estimated investment of 13.54 billion yuan Yuan, and the construction period is 42 months.

After the completion of the Qingzhang Expressway Project, a new north-south expressway will be formed in the west of Binzhou City, optimizing the layout of the expressway network in Shandong Province and improving regional transportation conditions.

In terms of expressway construction, in addition to the planned investment of 1.2 billion yuan for Qingzhang Expressway, Gaoshang Expressway strives to complete 50% of the subgrade project, 3% of the pavement project, and 35% of the bridge and culvert project, with a planned investment of 800 million yuan. At the same time, accelerate the preliminary work of the Huantai contact line project. In terms of ordinary national and provincial road construction projects, seven preliminary projects including the Bincheng Ring Section of the S236 Xinbin Line and the reconstruction project of the Boxing Pangjia to Hubin Section of the G205 Shanshen Line will be actively promoted, and construction will start after the procedures are completed. Continue to promote the preparation of feasibility study reports for four projects including the G220 East-Shenzhen Line Bincheng Ring Section and the G205 Shanshen Line Binzhou Yellow River Bridge Rerouting. In terms of general national and provincial road maintenance projects, there are currently 2 projects under construction, and 4 projects are about to start construction. In the second half of the year, construction is planned to start 6 more large and medium maintenance projects.

In addition, further promote the construction of four good rural roads, plan to build and renovate 600 kilometers of rural roads, improve 1,100 kilometers of road surfaces, renovate 30 dangerous bridges, implement 500 kilometers of important village road security projects, and plan to complete an investment of 3 billion yuan.
