[Guiyang City Hongfeng Lake to Huaxi Reservoir connection project starts] On August 28, 2024, the first bid project of the Guiyang Hongfeng Lake to Huaxi Reservoir connection project undertaken by China Railway No. 1 Bureau was grandly launched in Tianhetan, Huaxi District, Guiyang City. Ran Bin, Vice Mayor of Guiyang City, Ban Dexun, Director of the Municipal Water Affairs Administration Bureau and other leaders attended the groundbreaking ceremony. The project aims to use shield technology to build a 19.98-kilometer water transmission line spanning multiple areas. The project is of great significance to improving Guiyang City’s water resources allocation capacity, ensuring water supply safety, improving the ecological environment and promoting economic and social development.
