The project is located in the southeast of the Tengger Desert in Shapotou District, Zhongwei City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, in Zhongwei City, which is known as the gas vein of China. Ningxiang DC is a photovoltaic base project launched in the second phase of the new energy base in the southeast of the Tengger Desert Base of Ningdian into Hunan Province, with a project scale of 200 MW, including the design, procurement, construction, installation, pile test, commissioning of all equipment and various tests of the photovoltaic field. After the project is completed and connected to the grid, it can generate 3.96 billion kWh of electricity per year, save 1.207 million tons of standard coal, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 3.2938 million tons, which is of great significance for promoting the construction of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system.

Since the start of the construction of the project, all the participants have actively overcome the harsh natural conditions of the desert, and in view of the short, flat and fast characteristics of the photovoltaic power generation project, the production and operation work has been planned on a regular basis. At the same time, the project department adopts point-to-point, face-to-face and other methods for different seasons and different regions, and a team member is responsible for a construction area, clarifies the construction nodes to each team, decomposes specific tasks, compacts the main responsibility, and ensures the steady progress of the project progress with quality and quantity.
