According to the "Approval Display", the 200000 kW wind power project of Zhongchuan Wind Power Jilin Baicheng Tongyu Shihuadao Phase I is located in Guanghui Village and Jinbao Village, Shihuadao Township, Tongyu County. It will build 20 new wind turbines with a single capacity of 10 MW, with a total installed capacity of 200 MW; Construct a new 220 kV substation; Supporting facilities such as transformer substations, power collection lines, and roads will be constructed.

The project unit is CSSC Wind Power New Energy Investment (Tongyu) Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 919.2636 million yuan and a construction period of 12 months.
