On September 3, 2024, the Jilin Provincial Development and Reform Commission officially approved the 200,000 kW wind power project of CSSC Wind Power in the first phase of Tongyushi Flower Road in Baicheng, Jilin Province. The project is implemented by CSSC Wind Power New Energy Investment Co., Ltd., and the site is located at the junction of Guanghui Village and Jinbao Village, Shihuadao Township, Tongyu County. The project plan includes the installation of 20 wind turbines with a single capacity of 10 MW, bringing the total installed capacity to 200 MW. In addition, a new 220 kV booster station will be built, and auxiliary facilities such as transformers, collector lines, and roads will be built to ensure the smooth operation of the project.
