Recently, the 8th Silk Road International Expo Hengshan District Investment Promotion Event and Key Cooperation Project Signing Ceremony were held in the ancient capital of Xi'an. Hengshan District has won 21 cooperation agreements with a total investment of 21.1 billion yuan.

The contracts include the 100,000 kilowatt wind power project invested by the State Power Investment Group in Hengshan District with an investment of 710 million yuan, the 60MW wind power project in Yushen Gaomiao in Shaanxi Province with 340 million yuan of capital injection, the 50,000 kilowatt wind power project in Longyuan Hengshan received an investment of 350 million yuan, and the 100,000 kilowatt wind power project in Hengshan by China Power Construction Co., Ltd. with an investment of up to 700 million yuan.

The signing closely focuses on anchoring modernization, focusing on high quality, integrating into the development pattern of Greater Yulin, deepening the linkage between the two cities, beautifying the Wuding River Basin, joining hands with the highland of science and technology, empowering the Yuheng region, and comprehensively contributing to the strategic goal of rural revitalization, as well as the development orientation of three districts and two highlands, that is, to build an innovative service platform for the national energy and chemical base, a dynamic area to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, a model of ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin, a new benchmark for the efficient development of characteristic resources, and a new highland for realizing a better life for the people.
