On September 23, 2024, at the 2024 China-ASEAN Liuzhou Investment Cooperation Fair, Rong'an County, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province, ushered in the successful signing of two major cooperation projects, with a total investment of 2.05 billion yuan.

The two projects are: the Guqingshan Wind Farm Project in Rong'an County, with a total investment of 1.05 billion yuan, aiming to build a Guqingshan Wind Farm with a total installed capacity of 150MW in Rong'an County, and the Siding Wind Farm Project in Rong'an County, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, also planned and constructed in Rong'an County, with a total installed capacity of 100MW.

In addition, the fair also witnessed the close cooperation between the People's Government of Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County of Liuzhou City and Huaneng Integrated Energy Service Co., Ltd., and the two sides jointly signed a cooperation agreement on the Sanjiang Gupingling Wind Farm Project, which is expected to have a total investment of 600 million yuan.
