Recently, Guoneng Qidu Jianfa Wenshan Clean Energy Co., Ltd. announced that its Wenshan Qianjin Photovoltaic Power Station EPC project has completed the bidding process and officially announced the winning bidder. The project is located in Dongshan Township and surrounding mountainous areas of Wenshan City, Yunnan Province, covering an area of approximately 7470.6 acres. It plans to use N-type 575Wp and above monocrystalline silicon double-sided modules, with a total installed capacity of 340.3218MWp, aiming to promote the development of clean energy in the local area.

After bidding, China Water Resources and Hydropower Eighth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. successfully won the first place in the project with a bid price of 80442688365 yuan and will be responsible for the construction of the photovoltaic power station. And China Power Construction Kunming Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. ranked second with a quotation of 8638845745 yuan. The project will build a new 220kV substation and connect it to the Yunnan power grid system.

 The specific connection plan is subject to the final approval of the Yunnan power grid. This bid marks an important step towards the substantive construction stage of the Forward Photovoltaic Power Station project, which is expected to bring significant green energy contributions to the Wenshan area.
