[Jingneng Power Mengxi New Energy Project was officially launched] On September 26, 2024, Jingneng Power held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 1018MW new energy project of flexible transformation and consumption of thermal power units in Mengxi region in Chayouhouqi, Ulanqab City. The project is a key new energy project in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, involving the flexible transformation of five thermal power plants in Mengxi by Jingneng Power, with a total installed capacity of 1018MW: 818MW of wind power and 200MW of photovoltaics. After the completion of the project, it will greatly alleviate the pressure of local power peak regulation and make positive contributions to the optimization of regional energy structure and green and low-carbon development.
