On November 24, 2024, after 63 hours of continuous efforts, the large-scale integral raft pouring of the Safa No.2 super high-rise residential project was completed.

A total of nearly 14000 tons of steel bars and over 25000 cubic meters of concrete were used for the overall raft pouring, of which over 18000 cubic meters of concrete were successfully poured in one go. This is currently the raft foundation with the largest amount of steel bars and concrete used in the single building raft implemented by China Construction Middle East Company. It is also one of the raft foundation constructions with the largest amount of concrete used in the Dubai construction market since 2017. During the construction process, the project team overcame many construction difficulties, including the binding of T40 stacked steel bars on nearly 54 floors, precise bending of curved steel bars, accurate positioning of bending positions, and planar arrangement of non parallel steel bars.

He stated that during the pouring process, every worker, technician, and manager in the project team worked together under the guidance of the same goal, faced various difficulties, and always maintained efficient communication and coordination. This is the best embodiment of the spirit of China Construction. He encouraged the project team to use the raft foundation as the foundation for the successful implementation of the entire project, and worked together to achieve high-quality performance.

The Safa II super high-rise project is a key project of Dubai Business Bay by the high-end developer DAMAC Group in the United Arab Emirates. The project is named after the Swiss luxury jewelry brand De Grisogono, based on the design concept of jewelry appearance, with a novel design and complex structure. The management team of the owner also highly praised the smooth completion of the overall raft of the project. The project team will continue to move towards higher goals and strive to bring another high-quality and technologically advanced China Construction Middle East boutique super high-rise building to Dubai.(This article is from the official website of Jian Dao www.seetao.com.
