Intelligent Manufacturing in Europe, Demonstrating Strength

It is flexible in operation, has a wide working range, and can handle various complex working conditions both indoors and outdoors with ease.

Strategic Upgrade and In-depth Development in Europe

Richard Butler, CEO of SINOBOOM in Europe, elaborated on SINOBOOM's localization strategy at the press conference: "Since the Poznan factory in Poland went into production in 2021, it has achieved stable production of scissor lift and boom lift products for three consecutive years. Currently, a supply chain system covering Europe, an expanding customer base, and a local R&D team have been established, truly realizing the agile service model of'responding to European demands in Europe'."

At the press conference, it was also officially announced that the British subsidiary was formally established. Located at the transportation hub in central England, it has a 2,500-square-meter warehousing center integrating sales, after-sales service, and training functions, which will significantly enhance the equipment supply and service response capabilities in the UK, a core market in Europe.

With the strategic upgrade and in-depth development in Europe, another major strategic measure was announced at the press conference - the strategic acquisition of Holland Lift was completed through the Dutch subsidiary Sinoboom BV, further strengthening SINOBOOM Intelligence's technical reserves and business coverage in the European market. This acquisition marks an important step in SINOBOOM Intelligence's strategy of "Manufacturing in Europe and Serving Europe".

Global Strategy and Deepening the Layout

Subsequently, Mr. He Dawei, Assistant to the General Manager of the company, introduced SINOBOOM Intelligence's global second-hand equipment strategic plan at the press conference and outlined the core objectives of this niche market. The company responds to customers' concerns by focusing on the total cost of ownership (TCO) and implementing measures such as the "SINOBOOM Certified Second-hand Equipment" to increase the residual value of the equipment. By enhancing the activity of second-hand equipment trade, implementing global market segmentation, and establishing a global sales network, the smooth circulation of second-hand equipment in the market will be achieved. Mr. He Dawei also announced that Mitch Ely, General Manager of Australia and New Zealand, will concurrently serve as the newly established "Global Director of Second-hand Equipment".

In the final highlight of the press conference, SINOBOOM Intelligence and PL International, a well-known construction machinery agent in East Africa, held a signing ceremony for strategic cooperation.
