On July 30, the consortium composed of Guangzhou Zhujiang Construction and Development Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Zhujiang Foreign-funded Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the general contracting project of the design and construction of Huguang Cuiying District, Meilin Lake Water Town, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City, with a total bid price of 3.79 billion yuan. As a key large-scale residential community development project in Qingyuan City, the project marks the official implementation stage of high-quality residential construction in the Meilin Lake area.

The project is located in the core area of Meilin Lake, Shijiao Town, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City, with a total land area of about 191,000 square meters (286.78 acres) and a total construction area of 645,000 square meters.

Adopting the EPC project general contracting model, the consortium will be fully responsible for the whole process management of project design, construction, acceptance and handover, focusing on coordinating construction approval, cost control and construction organization, with a design period of 160 days and a total construction period of 2030 days.
