On August 25th, Hangxiao Steel Structure (Lankao) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lankao Hangxiao") officially signed a contract for a luxury five-star hotel project in Sabah, Malaysia, marking another important breakthrough for Chinese enterprises in the international high-end green building field.

The project is located in Kota Kinabalu, the capital of Sabah, Malaysia, with a total construction area of approximately 135000 square meters and consists of 8 12 story apartments. The exterior of the hotel adopts a wave shaped design, which harmoniously echoes the natural landscape of the surrounding Sabah Silk Port Resort.

The project will strictly follow the LEED certification system in the United States and the GBI green building certification system in Malaysia. After completion, it will become Sabah's first environmentally friendly five-star resort hotel and is expected to become a new landmark in the region. This cooperation not only showcases the advanced technology of Chinese enterprises in the fields of steel structures and green buildings, but also further deepens the cooperation between China and Malaysia in the field of sustainable buildings.

In 2025, Lankao Hangxiao will successfully expand its international market with its professional strength, demonstrating the positive results of the transformation from Made in China to Created in China, injecting new impetus into the development of international green buildings.
