Shenyang Yuanda Aluminum Engineering Co., Ltd. recently won the bid for the JAC PHASE-1 PROJECT curtain wall project located in the core area of Jakarta, Indonesia, with a total contract amount of approximately 100 million yuan. The project is designed by internationally renowned architectural firm ARCHITECTAIRMAS ASRI, with Shimizu Construction from Japan serving as the general contractor. The overall development includes a 38 story high-end Grade A office building and a 7-story large retail commercial complex. The project is committed to reshaping the image of Jakarta's central business district and stimulating new regional economic vitality, with the concept of "integrating modern architecture with sustainability".
The total area of the curtain wall project is about 53000 square meters. The system selection is mainly based on unit curtain walls, combined with frame aluminum panels and glass curtain wall systems. The lobby area innovatively adopts a large-span steel frame structure to achieve a transparent space effect. The facade design implements a modern minimalist style, using high-precision combination of large glass and metal decorations to enhance the visual recognition of the building while optimizing indoor natural lighting, significantly reducing lighting and air conditioning energy consumption. The project also introduces a three-dimensional greening system, setting up gardens and landscape belts on the roof and multi-level platforms, effectively balancing high-density development and environmental comfort, comprehensively improving ecological quality and user experience, and helping the project become an international level green landmark in the central area of Jakarta.
The successful bidding of this project not only reflects the comprehensive strength of Chinese enterprises in high-end curtain wall design, energy-saving engineering, and complex project management, but also provides another example for China Construction to enter the international market.
