On September 26th, Huaxin New Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. in Hongshan District, Chifeng City submitted the industrial project filing (development and reform) of the Hongshan District 400MW/1600MWh grid side independent energy storage power station project, which meets industrial policies and market access standards and is approved for filing.  

Construction location: Chifeng City - Hongshan District - Wenzhong area of Hongshan Industrial Park, Chifeng High tech Zone

Total investment: 2 billion yuan, including self owned funds: 400 million yuan, bank loan application: 160 million yuan, other 0 million yuan

Planned construction start and end years: 2025/09 to 2027/12

Construction scale and content: The land area of this project is 80000 square meters, covering an area of 120 acres. The energy storage battery system adopts lithium iron phosphate technology route, and is connected to the nearby 220kV Wenzhong substation through the newly built booster station. The main content of the project is as follows: ① Construct a 400MW/1600MWh electrochemical energy storage power station, which will be connected to the power grid at a voltage level of 220kV. ② Construct a 220kV prefabricated compartment boosting station, where the 220kV GIS equipment, 35kV equipment, secondary equipment, station electrical equipment, and integrated fire water supply pump station (with water tank) are all installed in a prefabricated compartment layout, and the main transformer is arranged outdoors. ③ Establish a comprehensive operation and maintenance building.Editor/Bian Wenjun
