[Southern Xinjiang shared energy storage project starts construction] Recently, the green energy infrastructure project of Tianjin Huadian Nanjiang Thermal Power Co., Ltd. in the jurisdiction of Dagu Street - Nanjiang 200MW/400MWh shared energy storage project officially broke ground. The landing of this project marks a solid step for Dagu Street in promoting energy structure transformation and serving regional green development. The total investment of the project is about 223 million yuan, fully utilizing the existing idle land in the factory area for construction. It is expected to be completed and connected to the grid in June 2026, and the annual output value after production can reach 20 million yuan. As a typical representative of the "shared energy storage" model, after the completion of this project, it can not only stabilize the fluctuations of new energy generation such as wind and photovoltaic in the new area, participate in grid peak shaving to improve power supply safety, but also reduce coal use and harmful gas emissions.
