Zhangbei wind power project starts construction--Seetao

Recently, the Zhangjiakou "Source Grid Load Storage Integration" Carbon Neutrality Demonstration Project (Zhangbei part), undertaken by China Construction Sixth Engineering Bureau, officially started construction on the 300MW wind farm project in Dongchang District of the 500000 kW wind power project. The project is located in the vicinity of Dahu Town, Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. It will install 31 7.15MW wind turbines and 10 7.7MW wind turbines, and simultaneously promote the construction of wind farm roads, power collection lines (including commissioning and testing), wind turbine foundations, box transformer installation and other ancillary projects. After completion, the project will become a strong engine for the development of green energy in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, with stable output of clean electricity every year and significant reduction in emissions of gases such as carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide, as well as waste residue. This is of great significance for optimizing the regional energy structure, ensuring power supply, and assisting in achieving the "dual carbon" goals. At the same time, it can also promote the coordinated progress of regional ecological environment protection, infrastructure construction, and rural revitalization, achieving a win-win situation of economic, social, and ecological benefits.
