[China Energy Engineering Group wins the Fuping Photovoltaic Energy Storage Project]The winning project cluster is located in Shijiazhai Township, Datai Township, Taiyu Township and other areas of Fuping County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. It is the core component of the Fuping 1GW photovoltaic power generation guarantee grid connection project, including the construction of multiple phases of photovoltaic power stations and supporting energy storage systems. Among them, the first phase of the 500MW project serves as the core project, with a planned rated capacity of 500MW on the AC side and an installed capacity of 600MWp on the DC side. It will also be equipped with a 100MW/400MWh energy storage system and a 220kV boosting station. Two 250MVA main transformers will be installed inside the station, and a 25 kilometer transmission line will be laid to achieve grid connection. The follow-up project will continue the integrated mode of "photovoltaic+energy storage", further expand the installed capacity, and form a multi site collaborative new energy power supply network. The project adopts the "complementary forest light" development model, fully reserving vegetation growth space in the layout of photovoltaic modules, achieving three-dimensional utilization of land resources, ensuring photovoltaic power generation efficiency and reducing disturbance to regional ecology. The construction scope covers the entire chain, including the design, equipment procurement, building installation, commissioning and trial operation of photovoltaic field areas, energy storage systems, booster stations and line projects. China Energy Engineering's Guangdong Thermal Power, Zhejiang Thermal Power and other units will form professional teams to implement the division of labor, with a planned total construction period of about 397 calendar days. On July 11, 2026, the first provincial-level ocean low altitude integration industry association in China, the Hainan Ocean Low altitude Economic Development Association, was unveiled and established in Haikou. The association will promote the standardized and clustered development of local industries, and sort out 13 major ocean low altitude application scenarios, covering multiple fields and the entire industry chain. The follow-up association will improve industry standards, gather industrial resources, hold industry exchanges, and pilot implementation scenarios. This industry has been included in Hainan's 15th Five Year Plan for Marine Economy.
