Recently, Jianhua Holdings Group and the Ras Al Khaimah Port Group of the United Arab Emirates held a grand signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement at the Ras Al Khaimah Royal Palace, jointly announcing the launch of the Ras Al Khaimah Port City Free Trade Zone prestressed high-strength concrete pipe pile factory project. This significant cooperation not only marks the official entry of Jianhua Holdings Group into the UAE and Middle East markets, but also signifies the first pipe pile manufacturing project in the Gulf and Middle East region, which is a milestone for the local infrastructure construction pattern.

This signing is the substantive implementation and steady progress of the memorandum of cooperation signed by both parties in Shenzhen in September 2024. At the ceremony, Guo Qiang, General Manager of Jianhua Holdings Group in the Middle East region, and Roy Cummings, CEO of Ras Al Khaimah Port Group in the United Arab Emirates, officially signed the agreement as representatives of both parties.

According to the agreement plan, Jianhua Holdings Group will build the first professional pipe pile manufacturing factory in the Haima Port City Free Trade Zone in the United Arab Emirates and even the entire Middle East and Gulf region. The total investment for the first phase of the project is about 100 million UAE dirhams, covering an area of approximately 50000 square meters. The factory is expected to create over 200 job opportunities for the local area and is scheduled to officially commence operations in the fourth quarter of 2026.

This project will fully rely on and integrate the unique logistics advantages of the Haima Deep Water Port and the mature and stable local raw material supply system, committed to building an efficient industrial chain that integrates raw material procurement, production and manufacturing, and export transportation. After the factory is put into operation, its products will mainly be sold to the markets of Gulf Cooperation Council member countries and neighboring countries, with a wide range of application scenarios covering core infrastructure fields such as industrial facilities, ports and terminals, bridges and roads, and high-rise buildings.

As an important partner, the Ras Al Khaimah Port Group in the United Arab Emirates promises to provide comprehensive and continuous support for the project in terms of port facility utilization, logistics transportation support, and industrial supporting services, ensuring the smooth operation and long-term development of the project.
