[Shepherd Textile Sustainable Fashion Industrial Park Project Starts Construction] On November 3rd, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Shepherd Textile (Anhui) Sustainable Fashion Industrial Park project was held in Wangjiang Economic Development Zone. The project has a total investment of 900 million yuan and covers an area of 162 acres. It will create a sustainable fashion industrial park that integrates fabric weaving, dyeing of finished garments, production research and development, and quality inspection. After the completion of the project, it will have an annual production capacity of 10 million pieces of ready to wear clothing, 7200 tons of spinning, 10800 tons of weaving, 9000 tons of loose fiber and yarn dyeing, 18000 tons of fabric dyeing, printing and finishing, achieving an annual sales revenue of 2 billion yuan and driving employment for more than 3000 people. This is not only a strategic upgrade for shepherds to build a new paradigm of "vertical integration, intelligent collaboration, and green circulation" industry, but also a key step for Wangjiang County's textile and clothing industry to move from a "manufacturing county" to a "smart manufacturing strong county".
