Recently, CNEEC and globally renowned waste to energy technology supplier CNIM MARTIN officially signed a cooperation agreement for the procurement of complete sets of equipment for waste to energy projects in Vietnam. According to the agreement, CNEEC will serve as the general contractor for the project and be fully responsible for its progress.
The signing ceremony was held grandly, attended by Li Xiaoyu, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, Zhang Yu, Minister of the Operations Management Department of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, Fang Yanshui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China National Machinery Engineering Corporation, Ding Dongxing, Deputy General Manager of the Operations Management Department of China National Machinery Engineering Corporation, Yan Weihua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China National Electric Engineering Corporation, and Mr. DENIS BAUER, General Manager of Kom Martin Co., Ltd.

This signing is a manifestation of China Electric's profound strength in the field of waste to energy generation. Based on the successful experience accumulated in the Lepi garbage power generation project in Ethiopia, the Jugang garbage power generation project in Indonesia, and especially in the world's first set of high-temperature and ultra-high voltage belt reheating garbage power generation project in Thailand, CNEEC has successfully achieved dual development of new countries and new customers in the Southeast Asian market in 2025, marking a new level of international business expansion.
