[Dalian Jinzhou Bay International Airport Terminal Project Commences] The Dalian Jinzhou Bay International Airport project has been included in the list of 102 major projects planned and constructed during the 14th Five Year Plan period, and is also a major measure for Dalian to build a Northeast Asia international shipping center, a Northeast Asia international logistics center, and a regional financial center. The airport is located in the eastern waters of Jinzhou Bay, Dalian. The "artificial island" is 6.2 kilometers long, 3.4 kilometers wide, and the closest distance to the shore is 3 kilometers. The new airport plans to construct 4 runways and a terminal building of 900000 square meters. This phase of the project will build a terminal building of 500000 square meters, with two parallel runways at long distances, meeting the annual passenger throughput of 43 million, cargo and mail of 550000 tons, and flight takeoff and landing of 330000; Two runways will be expanded in the long term.Editor/Bian Wenjun

  • [Long March 10B rocket completes the recovery of the rocket's sea network system]
  • On July 10, 2026, the Long March 10B rocket was launched from the Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site. After the satellite entered orbit, the first stage went through four return stages and was accurately recovered by the Navigator platform using the world's first networked technology, completing China's first controllable rocket recovery. This solution has multiple advantages compared to the overseas landing leg mode, which fills the gap in reusable rocket technology and reduces commercial launch costs. The team plans to conduct a sub level reuse test flight within the year and continuously iterate new and more powerful rockets to help build a complete and repeatable space transportation system.Editor/Gong Ziwei
