[The rural large-scale water supply project in Shenxi Town, Zunyi has started construction] Recently, the large-scale water supply project for rural areas in Shenxi Town, Honghuagang District, Zunyi City, has successfully started construction. This marks the beginning of a systematic solution to the problem of insufficient water supply that has plagued Shenxi Town for many years. After completion, it will comprehensively improve the drinking water quality of 36000 people in the area and inject water conservancy energy into rural revitalization. Previously, some areas of Shenxi Town had insufficient water supply capacity for a long time, and during peak water use periods, the 32689 residents originally covered by Shenxi Water Plant had a shortage of drinking water, which hindered local development. The Party Group of Honghuagang District Water Affairs Bureau has taken "solving the urgent difficulties and worries of the masses" as its core goal, implemented precise policies, and listed this project as a key project for promoting people's livelihood in the year. The total investment of this project is expected to be 23.9478 million yuan, with the core of improving the village and town water supply system. The construction content includes adding supplementary water sources to enhance water source stability, expanding the Shenxi Water Plant and upgrading water production facilities to improve water supply capacity, and extending the water supply network to cover remote areas.
