[Adani Group plans to invest in India's largest battery energy storage project] On November 11th, Adani Group announced its entry into the field of battery energy storage, planning to build a 1126MW/3530MWh battery energy storage power station in the Khavda area of Gujarat, India. This is the largest energy storage project in India to date and also one of the largest individual energy storage projects in the world. According to Adani's statement, the energy storage project will consist of over 700 battery storage containers, equipped with advanced lithium-ion battery technology and integrated with an intelligent energy management system.
