On June 3, 2026, Hebei Land Port Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Railway Airport Construction Group Co., Ltd. in Shijiazhuang. One deeply cultivates the operation of land port clusters, while the other holds the full chain capability of engineering construction. The handshake between the two enterprises points to the entire infrastructure map from ports to inland areas.

This cooperation focuses on the land port hub and transportation infrastructure, port road facilities, port collection and distribution project, smart land port construction and other fields, with the goal of coordinated development of channels, hubs, trade and industries, and serving the construction of the the Belt and Road.

Infrastructure full chain docking, land port full scenario

At the signing ceremony, Guo Quanfu, Executive President of Hebei Land Port Group, and Xu Zhizhong, Deputy General Manager of China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau Group, signed the contract on behalf of both parties. Zhang Weihong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau, and Liu Ruiling, Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of Hebei Lugang Group, attended the event together.

Liu Ruiling expressed gratitude for the long-term support of China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau, stating that it has a deep accumulation in transportation infrastructure, engineering construction, and project risk control, and is a high-quality partner for promoting the landing of land port hub projects. Zhang Weihong stated that Hebei Land Port Group has created a benchmark model for land port operation, and China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau will leverage its full chain engineering advantages to work with Hebei Land Port Group to promote project construction, expand more cooperation space, and achieve complementary advantages and mutual benefit. Before signing the contract, Zhang Weihong and his delegation visited Shijiazhuang International Inland Port Railway Station, Bonded Logistics Center and exhibition hall on the spot and spoke highly of the Group's achievements in the the Belt and Road hub economy, the construction of multimodal transport system and cross-border trade facilitation.

From the relationship between Party A and Party B to deep binding

The essence of this signing is the deep binding between the operator and the construction party. Hebei Land Port Group has a mature operational system and customer resources in multiple land port nodes such as Shijiazhuang and Erenhot, while China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau has full chain engineering capabilities from design to construction to risk control.
