The construction management center takes the project department as the core to coordinate the overall situation. In terms of safety control, strict implementation of measures for going, seeing, managing, and asking, with regular scheduling of morning meetings, coordination meetings, and supervision meetings, will transform safety requirements into norms for frontline operations. Quality control adheres to the principles of prioritizing plans, leading by example, process control, and achieving excellence in one go, striving to build a century old quality project. In 2026, the project will further introduce a smart construction site management platform to achieve real-time cloud based personnel positioning, environmental monitoring, and equipment operation data. Safety management will be upgraded from person to person monitoring to data management.

Technical solutions to structural challenges

The project deeply applies BIM visualization technology to implement special technical disclosure, effectively resolving construction difficulties such as the arrangement of main structural steel bars and the installation of formwork support. By integrating BIM models with construction schedules, we aim to achieve precise control over the pouring progress of layered concrete for beams, columns, and slabs. We will coordinate and optimize the allocation of personnel, materials, and machinery resources, and provide technical support for the early topping out of the main structure.
