[Construction of Changchun-Shuangyang Highway started] <p>On July 5, 2020, the Changchun-Shuangyang highway construction project officially started construction. The starting point of the project is to the north of Xiaonantun, Jingyue High-tech Industrial Development Zone, crossing Xincheng Street, and the ending point is at the bridge of the Changshuangyan Railway Passageway in Shuangyang District, connecting with Shuangyang Street. The total length of the main line is 33.726 kilometers, and the total investment is about 3.315 billion yuan. Two connecting lines will be constructed at the same time. The construction period is 3 years. It is expected that the full line will be opened to traffic at the end of October 2021.
