The Yancheng Binhai Port Railway Dedicated Line Project leads from the existing Qingyan Railway Binhai Port Station to the northeast and enters Binhai Port Industrial Park Station. The total length of the line is 50.7 kilometers. It adopts the national railway level III design standard. The number of main lines is Single line, design speed 120 km/h. The total investment of the project is estimated at 4.335 billion yuan and the planned construction period is 2 years.

The Yancheng Binhai Port Railway Special Line 4, contracted by China Railway Fourth Bureau and Second Company, has a total length of 6.972 kilometers. There are 1 super bridge, 1 bridge, 5 medium bridges and frame bridges, 12 culverts, and section roadbeds. The subgrade of the station yard, the contract period is 24 months.

According to Liang Changya, Secretary of the Fourth Standard Project of the Binhai Port Railway Dedicated Line, the Binhai Port Railway Dedicated Line is an important infrastructure supporting the construction of the Yancheng Port Binhai Port Area.
