Qatar New Port NPP0057 Housing Construction and Infrastructure Project is a major transportation hub project implemented by PowerChina closely following the national Belt and Road strategy and implemented in Qatar, a country on the Maritime Silk Road. The project is located in Al-Okla, Qatar. The main buildings include the Customs Entry and Exit Building, Port Police Security Building, Port Security Control Center, Fire Station Building, Shipping Agency Center, Seamen's Club, Office Staff Dormitory Building, Mosque, Bank and other 45 buildings. It covers an area of 673,280 square meters and has a construction area of 78,000 square meters. Qatar Ports Management Company calls it "Qatar's main gateway to world trade".
