On February 26, the first phase of Huaneng Gawa Light Storage Power Station, the largest photovoltaic project under construction in Tibet, was officially started by China NENG Construction Gezhouba Electromechanical Company. Located in Qusong County, Shannan City, Tibet Autonomous Region, the Gava photovoltaic power station is the largest photovoltaic project under construction in Tibet, with a rated capacity of 250 MW on the AC side of the first phase. China NENG Construction Gezhouba Electromechanical Co., Ltd. undertakes the task of 220 kV transmission line construction of photovoltaic power station in the form of EPC general contract, with a total length of about 25 kilometers. After the completion of the power station, the annual average power generation will reach 370 million KWH, saving 11,700 tons of standard coal per year, reducing carbon dioxide emissions of about 306,700 tons, which can effectively alleviate the shortage of electricity in Shannan power grid, and increase the proportion of photovoltaic power generation in Tibet's energy structure. The document stated that the proposed site of the CGN Wangjiang County Liangwan 200MW photovoltaic power generation project is located in Wangjiang County, Anqing City, Anhui Province, with a planned installed capacity of 200MW, an actual DC side installed capacity of 200.3232MWp, an AC side capacity of 152.684MW, and a capacity to distribution ratio of approximately 13. The transportation around the site is convenient, making it easy to transport construction equipment and equipment. This photovoltaic power station adopts a voltage level of 220kV to connect to the 220kV side of the State Grid 220kV to the Yang (Jiangdiao) substation, and expands a 220kV interval to the Yang (Jiangdiao) substation, with a transmission length of about 23.6km. Aixu Corporation plans to invest in a 9.9 billion yuan solar cell project

On February 25, 2024, Aixu Corporation announced that it plans to invest 9.978 billion yuan in the construction of a 10GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cell and module project. This project is the first phase of the "Aixu Solar Energy Efficient Battery Module Project Strategic Cooperation Agreement" signed between the company and the Jinan Municipal People's Government in April 2023. The construction period of the project is about 15 months, and it is planned to start construction in the first quarter of 2024 and put into operation in the first half of 2025.
