The official opening of Techking's RDC-Zambia office took place in April 2022, with the arrival of the final team member, Bin, in Lubumbashi. This office came with initial full-service localization capabilities.
As planned, the RDC-Zambia team promptly departed for the largest underground copper mine in the area to attend to the locals' tire care requirements on the second day of team assembly. Since 2017, Techking's 35/65R33 ETSM and 35/65R33 ETNT products have been used in this underground mine, and local underground mine customers also favor 35/65R33 ETDL5.
ETSM, in particular, which uses innovative tire rubber and reinforcing material, can significantly increase service life, save downtime, and boost customers' overall operational efficiency by effectively reducing tire cutting and wear in difficult underground operating circumstances. Nearly all downhole scraper equipment in the field has been equipped with ETSM due to its exceptional performance and competitive CPH.
In addition to the quality of the tires, prompt maintenance and repair are necessary to guarantee the security of workers and machinery, dramatically increase tire life, and lower total operating expenses for the customers.
To serve clients better, Techking R&D engineer Leon has made two trips to the mine site since December 2021. During his visit, he gave necessary staff training and updated customer tire-related FAQ answers.
The opening of the RDC-Zambia office would greatly improve Techking's potential to create new channels and products in the Central African region while also allowing customers to experience tire products and services. By attaining direct sales in the local RDC market in March 2022, the team made significant progress in the local truck tire market. As a result, local consumers may purchase and utilize Techking's tires more quickly and effectively and have access to various tire services, including use, matching, and maintenance, which significantly increases the effectiveness of tire use for consumers.
Techking engineers can gather vital data on tire usage, mine site operating circumstances, and customer needs when delivering services to clients in order to develop new products with the aid of specialized channels and qualified service capabilities. "The team examined the scraped tires and meticulously recorded all of the information to gather more first-hand data on tire performance." The mine manager declared, "They would not hesitate to dig up scraped tires when they found any buried in the earth." And there is no doubt that these data are essential to Techking's scenario-based, customized R&D.
In 2019, Techking formally proposed to develop a triple business model with customer value at heart and concentrating on a localized marketing channel system, integrated product R&D system, and specialized service system. The RDC-Zambia office, together with the Australian subsidiary and Indonesia branch, is a crucial landing for Techking's Trio Business Model. The office's localization ability will greatly enhance Techking's capacity to create scenario-based and customized tire products for clients and provide more effective and qualified services.
The RDC-Zambia branch will keep emphasizing offering more flexible tire solutions and value-added services to regional mining and construction clients in the future. "The squad arrived here well-prepared and assured. We are confident in our ability to use our products and services to benefit our clients and further solidify Techking's local brand reputation, "Young, the head of Techking's RDC-Zambia office, stated.Editor/XingWentao
