The carbonylation reactor is the most critical equipment for the ethanol plant of the methanol comprehensive utilization project of Anhui Tanxin Technology. It weighs 670 tons, has a diameter of 5.8 meters, a height of 19.88 meters, and a base elevation of 5.5 meters. This hoisting adopts the technology of single main engine sliding tail delivery method, chooses 1250t crawler crane main crane, and 400t crawler crane sliding tail.

In order to ensure the smooth completion of the hoisting work, the hoisting company prepared in advance, made hoisting plans, and carefully prepared the construction plan to ensure safe and reliable construction. Before the official start of hoisting, relevant personnel from the company's technology and information center, quality management department, and safety and environmental protection department arrived at the project construction site in advance to check and confirm the construction plan, machine rigging, crane machinery, personnel qualifications, etc., to ensure that all deployments are in place . The hoisting officially started at 4:00 pm. After three and a half hours of intense construction, the carbonylation reactor was successfully placed on the equipment foundation.

It is reported that there are 80 large and medium-sized hoisting equipment in the ethanol plant of Anhui Tanxin Technology Methanol Comprehensive Utilization Project, with a total weight of about 10,609 tons. At present, 37 hoisting tasks have been completed, with a total weight of about 4,124 tons.
