[Construction of the Garrido Hospital in Tumbes, Peru started] On April 10, 2023 local time, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Peru Tumbes Garrido Hospital undertaken by China Gezhouba Group was held. The mayor and deputy mayor of the Tumbes region, the manager of the infrastructure department, the manager of the social development department, the director of the hospital, and the project director attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. The owner of the Garrido Hospital Project in Tumbes, Peru is the Tumbes Regional Government, with a construction period of 780 days and an area of 24,256 square meters. The hospital building consists of an underground technical floor and 3 floors on the ground. After the project is completed, it will be a II-1 general hospital integrating multiple departments such as outpatient room, ICU, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, and inpatient department. This project is a key project for the development of medical services in the Tumbes region.
