[Signing of the first photovoltaic cell project in Bayannur, Inner Mongolia] On July 13, 2023, the signing ceremony of Guosheng Urad Front Banner Double Carbon Industrial Park Project and the signing ceremony of Urad Front Banner New Energy Project were held in Linhe, Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia. According to the agreement, Guosheng Energy Co., Ltd. plans to invest in new energy, new materials, rural revitalization and ecological environment treatment projects in Urad Front Banner. Guosheng Double Carbon Industrial Park Project is the first photovoltaic cell and module full industry chain project in Bayannur City. The total investment of the project is planned to be 21.8 billion yuan. The main construction content includes: N-type crystal pulling, ultra-thin silicon wafers, high-efficiency heterojunction batteries, large-sized heterojunction photovoltaic modules, shared energy storage, photovoltaic robots, borders, EPE adhesive films, as well as carrying out distributed development and construction of photovoltaic+rural revitalization throughout the county, and ecological governance EOD pilot projects. After the completion of the project, it will play an important role in extending the photovoltaic new material industry chain and accelerating the high-quality development of the new energy industry in the city.
