Based on the concept of mutual benefit and common development, Asia Potassium International and Laos Vietnam International Port Co., Ltd. have signed a cooperation agreement on the establishment of a dedicated port in Wan'an Port, Vietnam. According to the agreement signed by both parties, Laos Vietnam International Port Co., Ltd. has designated the soon to be completed berth 3 of Wan'an Port as a dedicated terminal for Asia Potassium International. Asia Potassium International will fully support VLP in completing the construction of berth 3 at Wan'an Port, and it is expected that through this dedicated berth, the annual export volume of potassium fertilizer will exceed 1.5 million tons in the future.

On the basis of the original dedicated terminal at Gro Port in Vietnam, the addition of a dedicated terminal at Wan'an Port marks another upgrade of Asia Potassium International's logistics system. Looking back on the past, the company successfully signed a contract with Vietnam's Yijing Port Company in December 2022, and established a dedicated port in Gro Port, enjoying exclusive services such as berthing and loading and unloading, which significantly improved loading and unloading efficiency.
