The political mutual trust between China and Serbia is solid, the high-quality joint construction of the the Belt and Road has achieved fruitful results, the economic and trade cooperation is strong, and the cooperation in e-commerce has broad prospects. According to the memorandum, both sides will establish an e-commerce cooperation mechanism, strengthen policy communication and experience sharing, promote local cooperation, conduct joint research and personnel training, encourage enterprises from both countries to carry out e-commerce cooperation, promote the docking between small and medium-sized enterprises and large e-commerce platforms, and inject new momentum into the development of bilateral economic and trade relations.
