Recently, the Liaoning Huludao 80MW mountain project followed by Maibet was successfully completed and connected to the grid. Huludao is surrounded by mountains and the sea, and has a northern temperate continental monsoon climate with rich solar and wind energy resources. As a transit hub connecting the major provinces of Northeast and North China power grids, the city has attracted the construction of many new energy projects such as light, wind, and nuclear, and has gradually developed into an emerging green energy power city.

Flexible and changeable, overcoming terrain installation difficulties

The local climate varies greatly, and there are many mountainous terrains, which have certain technical requirements for photovoltaic brackets. According to the characteristics of rugged mountains and gravel everywhere, Maibet adopted a full carbon steel mountain bracket system solution. The bracket is strong and stable, flexible and convenient, and suitable for installation on irregular terrain.

The system is designed to fit the terrain, conform to the mountain angle trend, support installation at ±25° in the east, west, south and north, and firmly fixed on the mountain ground. According to the local climate conditions, the wind and snow load of the system is set to 0.48 KN/m2 and 0.4KN/m2, which can withstand the harsh climate environment.

Smooth operation, structure prevents wind and snow invasion

The system used in the project is adjusted from the ground bracket GT1 developed by Mibet. The surface of the profile is treated with hot-dip galvanizing process, which has excellent characteristics such as not easy to deform, prevent cracking, anti-corrosion and anti-rust, and has a long service life. When installing in the mountain, the foundation is quickly fixed by pre-buried pipe piles, which speeds up the progress of the project.

The bracket structure can prevent wind and rain erosion, ensure the smooth operation of the system and power generation, and solve the problem of difficult mountain photovoltaic station construction.
