Cnecc's Tonghe 300MW Wind Power Project and Sany Chongneng's Tonghe 300MW Wind Power project are located in Tonghe County, Heilongjiang Province, with a capacity of 300MW each. Zhongneng Construction and Investment Tonghe 300MW wind power project owner is Zhongneng Construction, investment of about 1.5 billion yuan. The owner of SANY Heavy Energy Tonghe 300MW wind power project is Sany Heavy Energy, with an investment of about 1.25 billion yuan. Among them, Zhongneng Construction and Investment Tonghe 300MW wind power project planned installed capacity of 300mw, proposed to build 48 wind turbines with a capacity of 6250kw.
