In June 2024, Xikai Electric received three 132kV GIS energy storage station contracts from Saudi Arabian General Contractor Algihaz, including Jizan, from Saudi Arabian State Grid. This cooperation is the first cooperation between Xikai Electric and Saudi Arabian Algihaz Company. It is also another key project of Saudi Arabian State Grid that Xikai Electric has won the bid for after the Saudi Giant City Project and Bisha Project. It marks that our company and Saudi Arabian State Grid’s cooperation and exploration in the subsequent substation field are moving towards deepening and diversification, cooperation and complementarity, and win-win results. At the same time, the winning of the project has laid a solid foundation for Xikai Electric to further develop the Saudi market and the surrounding Middle East market.

The owner of the project, Saudi Arabian Algihaz Company, is a diversified Saudi Arabian company with more than 40 years of successful experience, providing comprehensive solutions for traditional energy, renewable energy, communication infrastructure, security services and entertainment projects. The project includes 3 energy storage stations with a total of 21 132kVGIS intervals. During the bidding process, Xikai Electric fully played a pioneering and exemplary role. With the strong support of the company's leaders, it overcame multiple unfavorable factors, actively cooperated with the owner and Saudi Arabian State Grid, provided and updated relevant technical and business information many times, and assigned special personnel to assist the general contractor in bidding and clarification in Saudi Arabia. After dozens of technical and business clarifications and multiple rounds of online and offline negotiations, its responsibility and professionalism finally won the recognition of the owner.
