[Fuqing Xinghua Bay offshore wind farm promotes energy-saving and low-carbon development]The Fuqing Xinghua Bay offshore wind farm is jointly invested and constructed by Fujian Energy Group and China Three Gorges Corporation. It is located on the southeast side of Jiangyin Peninsula and northwest side of Niutouwei in Fuqing City, Fujian Province. Since its commissioning, the Fuqing Xinghua Bay offshore wind farm has generated over 5.2 billion kilowatt hours of electricity, equivalent to reducing coal consumption by about 1.57 million tons and carbon dioxide emissions by about 3.83 million tons. Following the "dual carbon" goal, the offshore wind power industry continues to contribute green and clean electricity to local society, promoting energy-saving and low-carbon development. The construction of the Yangcheng Yuncheng section of the G5518 Jincheng Tongguan Expressway is about to begin. The main line is 150.37 kilometers long, passing through four counties of Yangcheng, Yuanqu, Wenxi, and Xiaxian. It is constructed according to the standard of two-way four lane road, with a designed speed of 100 kilometers per hour. The entire line is equipped with 84 bridges, 12 tunnels, and interchanges and other supporting facilities. It is planned to be opened to traffic in 2028. This section is a key component of Shanxi's "4 Verticals, 15 Horizontals, and 33 Connections" high-speed network. After completion, it will shorten the distance from Jincheng to Yuncheng by about 50 kilometers, saving nearly an hour's drive; At the same time, the travel time from Jincheng to Xi'an will be shortened from 5 hours to about 3.5 hours, significantly improving regional transportation efficiency. China International Engineering Corporation EPC General Contracting Indonesia LNG Project Landing
During a critical period of global energy transition and Indonesia's efforts to promote energy security, China International Engineering Corporation signed an EPC contract for the East Java liquefied natural gas project with Indonesian companies. This move not only marks the successful expansion of the "new track" of oil and gas energy by China International, but also injects new impetus into Indonesia, a major energy consuming country in the region, to optimize its energy structure and promote regional development. As the EPC general contractor, Zhonggong International will leverage its global engineering experience and comprehensive advantages to assist in the efficient implementation of the project. This project is another important achievement of the docking of China's the Belt and Road Initiative and Indonesia's global maritime pivot strategy, opening a new chapter for energy cooperation between the two countries, and also providing a practical example for technology and industrial cooperation among countries in the South.
