Construction Bank and Tencent sign a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement--Seetao

On August 22, 2024, China Construction Bank and Tencent signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing. Both sides reviewed the cooperation process together, fully affirmed the achievements of previous cooperation, and exchanged ideas on the key directions of future cooperation. According to the comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will further deepen cooperation in financial services such as commercial and investment banking integration, domestic and foreign currency integration, technology finance, digital finance, payment settlement, personal business, as well as technological innovation fields such as cloud computing, databases, and network security, expanding the depth and breadth of cooperation, and jointly contributing greater strength to serving the high-quality development of the real economy and helping to achieve high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement.
