The concentrated construction of 9 projects, including Luntai Civil Airport and Luntai Shopping Center, with a total investment of 1.203 billion yuan, covering various fields such as transportation, urban construction, and people's livelihood development. The Luntai Civil Airport Project is one of the key construction projects of the Civil Aviation Administration of China and Xinjiang during the 14th Five Year Plan period. The total investment of the project is 707 million yuan, with a planned runway length of 2600 meters and a width of 45 meters. The terminal building covers an area of 3060 square meters, with the construction of four apron stands, one tower, and an 855 square meter air traffic control building. It can meet an annual passenger throughput of 400000 and an annual cargo and mail throughput of 800 tons.
