[Chinese enterprises signed a contract for the St. Georges PV project in Bulgaria] Recently, China Machine Europe Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of General Technology Group International Holdings Co., Ltd., successfully signed a contract for the EPC project of 229MWp photovoltaic power plant in St. George, Bulgaria. Located in northeastern Bulgaria, the project is expected to be the largest single PV plant in Bulgaria, covering an area of 165 hectares, and is scheduled for completion in 2025. Funded by Rezolv Energy and financed by IFC, the project aims to help Bulgaria meet its emissions reduction targets and create local jobs and skills training opportunities by installing nearly 400,000 solar panels. The CEO of Rezolv Energy said the project will pursue industry best practices and seek a combination of local and international expertise, with China Machine Europe being the ideal partner.
