On September 11, 2024, the continuous beam of the Xiyan high-speed railway cross provincial road 107 overpass bridge, constructed by Xicheng Passenger Dedicated Line Shaanxi Company and China Railway Third Bureau, successfully rotated, achieving precise aerial docking and laying a solid foundation for subsequent engineering construction.

The Xiyan High speed Railway Cross Provincial Highway 107 Overpass Extra Large Bridge is located in Yanliang District, Xi'an City, with a total length of 4110.53 meters. The bridge used for this rotation adopts a T-shaped continuous beam, with a total length of 97.5 meters and a width of 12.6 meters.

It is reported that due to the rotation position crossing the existing Xiantong Railway line, the frequency of passing cars is high, the construction difficulty is high, and the safety risk is high. The project adopts the method of "building first, then turning" for construction, using the preset rotation system to rotate the already built beam 45 degrees counterclockwise to the design position within the specified time, achieving precise docking in the air.

After the completion and operation of the line, the running time from Xi'an to Yan'an will be shortened to about 1 hour, which is of great significance for enhancing the geographical advantages of Shaanxi Province and the position of the national railway network hub.
