The first phase of the project, with a contract amount of up to 970 million rubles, will become a new symbol of the city of Vladivostok. The project is located in one of the most visited areas of the city, namely the Eagle's Nest Hill area at 3A Aksakovskaya Street, where the theater project is an important part of the complex, with a construction area of about 45,000 square meters, a building height of 45 meters, and advanced internal facilities, which can accommodate 1,300 seats and meet high acoustic requirements and office needs.
