[2024 the Belt and Road Youth Innovation and Heritage Forum Opens] On September 23, the the Belt and Road Youth Creativity and Heritage Forum was opened in Changsha, Hunan Province on September 23, with 60 youth representatives from 53 countries (including China), representatives of cities members of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network at home and abroad and young volunteers participating. The theme of this forum is "Reconsidering Our Heritage: The Story of Resilience and Change", which aims to build a bridge for cultural exchanges and mutual learning between China and foreign countries, promote the construction of the world media arts capital and international cultural and creative center, and promote the joint construction of the the Belt and Road to achieve new and greater results. The forum will be held successively in Changsha and Nanjing. Zhou Haibing, Vice Governor of Hunan Province and Mayor of Changsha City, stated that culture is the root and soul of a city, and youth are the hope for urban development. • The groundbreaking ceremony for the Kaiping International Wealth Plaza project, with a total investment of 180 million yuan, officially kicked off the construction. This project is undertaken by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau and is one of the key projects promoting the "High Quality Development Project of Hundred Counties, Thousand Towns, and Ten Thousand Villages" in Kaiping City. The project is located in Sanbu Street, Kaiping City, with a total construction area of approximately 32000 square meters.
