The new route has started accepting bookings and will make its maiden flight on April 24, 2025. Dallas Fort Worth International Airport will become Cathay Pacific's sixth passenger destination in the United States, bringing Cathay Pacific's North American destinations to eight. Cathay Pacific's Customer and Business President, Liu Kaishi, stated that with its unique positioning of being rooted in Hong Kong, backed by the motherland, and connected to the world, Cathay Pacific will continue to build Hong Kong as a top international aviation hub.
