[Cathay Pacific Airways will open direct flights between Hong Kong and Dallas, USA] On September 24, 2024, direct flights between Hong Kong and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in the United States will be launched for the first time, further expanding Cathay Pacific's North American route network. The new route has started accepting bookings and will make its maiden flight on April 24, 2025. Dallas Fort Worth International Airport will become Cathay Pacific's sixth passenger destination in the United States, bringing Cathay Pacific's North American destinations to eight. Cathay Pacific's Customer and Business President, Liu Kaishi, stated that with its unique positioning of being rooted in Hong Kong, backed by the motherland, and connected to the world, Cathay Pacific will continue to build Hong Kong as a top international aviation hub. Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world. Customers can transfer to 190 destinations in the United States and 11 cities in Central and South America through Cathay Pacific's code sharing or other flights.
