From January to May 2025, Yuchai's overseas sales increased by 52% year-on-year, and the overseas revenue of construction machinery increased by 53% year-on-year.

Yuchai's management team went deep into the front line of marketing, visited Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia and other international markets, and expanded the circle of international cooperation friends. According to the characteristics of different countries and regional markets, customize the market development strategy of one country and one policy. The international business department of Yuchai Co., Ltd. was established, and a large number of young cadres were adjusted and sent to all over the world to promote overseas project management and overseas market expansion.

Increase overseas brand promotion, participate in international exhibitions and sales activities, and expand the scale of online sales. Yuchai took the initiative to strengthen communication and cooperation with the China International Contractors Chamber of Commerce, invited central enterprises to enter Yuchai, understand Yuchai, promote more overseas project cooperation, and "go to sea together" with enterprises with overseas market business layout and influence. Offline, Yuchai participated in international exhibitions such as the Brazil International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition, the Saudi Big5 Exhibition, the Middle East Electric Power Exhibition, and the Canton Fair, carried out trade negotiations and looked for potential customers. Online, Yuchai Global Station was built and put into operation, and precise drainage was carried out through overseas social media to help brand communication and market development.

Improve the layout of overseas outlets, and promote the construction of manufacturing bases, spare parts center warehouses and service stations. Yuchai's first overseas plant, Thailand engine plant, achieved stable mass production and delivery; The second phase of the cooperation project between Yuchai and MTU of Germany is accelerating. Yuchai has also broken through the traditional "product export" model and realized the licensed export of engine technology in Eurasian markets such as Vietnam and Turkey, and built the Yuchai Innovation Ecological Alliance. Among them, the Vietnam engine plant with technology license is expected to be completed and initially put into operation in October this year, with an annual production capacity of more than 40,000 units, and localized products have begun to cover the entire ASEAN market. Yuchai has laid out more than 3,800 service stations and spare parts distribution outlets across the four continents of Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe, and has achieved full coverage of every 300 kilometers of service radius in key regions such as Southeast Asia, Africa, South America and Europe.

After a comprehensive layout and precise deep cultivation, from January to May 2025, Yuchai's overseas export business in various sectors will fully blossom.

In the commercial vehicle and general engine power segments, engine exports exceeded 45,000 units, up 48% year-on-year. The traditional market in Southeast Asia has maintained stable growth, and is dominated by heavy-duty engines with a displacement of more than 8 liters; The power of mining trucks and buses in the Central Asian market goes hand in hand; West Asia heavy-duty tractor power breakthrough has been achieved; In addition to maintaining the power advantage of buses, the Middle East market has achieved incremental growth in the field of dump trucks and heavy trucks; In the Saudi Arabian market, Yuchai bus power share exceeds 70%, ranking first in the industry; In Africa, Central and South America and other regions, gas heavy truck power has achieved a great breakthrough; Rice machines and tractors are exported to Southeast Asia, South America and other places in batches.

In the marine power segment, overseas sales increased by 59% year-on-year, and overseas sales increased by more than 30% year-on-year. Among them, it won the bid for Indonesia's Telecom 27.6MW data center project and Indonesia's State Grid 30MW common power station and other projects, with unit sales of nearly 100 million yuan; Won the bid for 55 units of 60kW-1000kW units of Malaysia's East Coast Railway; Won the bid for 400 units of Emaar and Azizi real estate projects in the United Arab Emirates; Won the bid for the single largest data project in the Nordic countries; Won the bid for the auxiliary engine project of nuclear-powered icebreaker in Nordic countries; Won the bid for Sweden's HVO fuel out-of-stock unit project; Shortlisted for Abu Dhabi National Oil Supplier Whitelist; Access to the Saudi National Grid system.

In the construction machinery sector, the revenue of overseas orders for compact construction machinery products increased by 53% year-on-year. Channel development has achieved a new leap, adding 9 overseas sales channels, and covering more than 100 countries and regions around the world. A variety of products continue to sell well, U17, U18, U20, U27, U35 and U60 models of micro excavation products order volume in the forefront of the industry, S35, Z25, S150 and other pure electric loader products are favored by foreign customers.
