On July 7, 2025, Luoyang Longqi No.1 Energy Management Co., Ltd. officially released the bidding announcement for the 200MW/400MWh energy storage power station project in the Zero Carbon Smart Park of Yanshi District, Luoyang City, Henan Province. The project adopts the EPC general contracting mode, aiming to create an efficient energy storage system and optimize the regional energy structure.

This bidding is divided into two sections:

The first section is an EPC general contracting, covering the entire process of project design, construction, equipment procurement, commissioning, and trial operation. The maximum bidding price is 559 million yuan, equivalent to a unit price of 1.398 yuan/Wh. The specific content includes assisting in the approval procedures for land pre-approval, environmental impact assessment, soil and water conservation, forest environmental assessment, and power access, as well as being responsible for land acquisition coordination, material and equipment procurement, construction and completion acceptance.

The second section provides supervision services and requires bidders to have corresponding qualifications, and does not accept consortium bidding.

After the completion of the project, it will effectively enhance the new energy consumption capacity of Luoyang City, Henan Province, assist the development of China's energy storage industry, and provide important support for the construction of a new power system.
