[CNOOC 600MW offshore wind power project bid opening] The bidding candidate for the procurement of offshore wind turbines for a certain offshore wind power project (Phase I) of CNOOC has been announced, and Mingyang Intelligent ranks first with a bidding price of 1.906 billion yuan, equivalent to a unit kilowatt cost of 3177 yuan/kW. The project is located in the western sea area of Hainan Province. The center of the first phase project site is about 29 kilometers offshore, with a site area of about 60 square kilometers. The planned installed capacity is 600 megawatts, and offshore anti typhoon wind turbines with a single capacity of 10 megawatts will be used. The bidding information shows that this procurement will be launched on September 16, 2025. The unit needs to be suitable for water depths ranging from 20 meters to 40 meters, and the foundation type adopts steel pipe piles. The bidding requires the bidding model to operate normally in an ambient temperature range of -10 ℃ to 45 ℃, withstand a survival temperature range of -20 ℃ to 50 ℃, and withstand a maximum wind speed of 70 meters per second that occurs once every 50 years. The design service life is not less than 25 years. The successful completion of this wind turbine procurement marks new progress in the application and cost control of large capacity offshore wind turbines in China, providing important practice for the future large-scale development of offshore wind power.
